Of course, as with all before and after pics the before has no make up and has the hair pulled back to show the ears but the after has make up and the hair over the ears.

The only things that look different are her hair and makeup! Her parents are basically saying "We agree with those bullies, you aren't pretty the way you are. You have to change." How about boosting your kid's confidence instead of encouraging her to get plastic surgery. This charity is ridiculous and promotes the shallow view of beauty put out there by the media. What's next, a charity for kids that aren't anorexic-thin to get liposuction?

She's still going to grow, and mature, and that's NOT the way she's going to look as an adult. How many times have you heard the "ugly duckling" story from attractive adults? I think it's just wrong to step in and perform needless plastic surgery on someone so young.

Watever...honestly there isnt much of a difference except in the after shot she looks happy, and now shes finally happy. She wont have to go to therapy as a forty year old explaining all her problems go back to when she was bullied...the cycle is over.

I'm impressed by this. It shows a lot of generosity on the part of the surgeons. The results were fantastic. I can clearly see the results of not only the ear correction, but also the deviated septum correction and jaw repositioning surgery. You would have to be retarded to not notice how much better she looks in the after shot. You're a cruel person if you would rather have her look the way she did and continue to be bullied.

I dont think theres any plastic surgery at all. I think she got her eye brows tweezed and put some make up on.

the problem is the f****ing bullies, not the girls ears! she should be able to feel comfortable with her appearance the way she was born. Sure changer your hairstyle to cover them if youre uncomfortable but surgery? what are we telling these kids?? Basically what theyre saying is, "those kids at school are right your ears are hideous, lets just take a knife to your head and fix it." at 14 year old frankenstein!!? shes 14, shes still growing! i wasnt the cutest girl in HS but now guys talk to me all the time, i grew into my looks and learned to love them... Im sorry but this just really angers me.

This is just wrong when she gets plastic surgerey it is hast saying that the bullies are correct when they are not and it is sending the wrong message that you have to change to be beautiful plus she is only 14 she is to young so what it is just your ears when she is older they might not be as big.

You know, Im hoping this girl isn't bullied anymore. I was called dumbo when I was growing up as well. And so many other names that made me a self-conscious person today...but though i am self-conscious, I am happy with who I turned out to be. Its too bad she didn't wait til she was an adult...She still isn't done growing. Hopefully, with still growing, her looks will stay the same after the surgery than go back to the way she looked before...

I actually know this girl from an acquaintance. She's bullied a lot more now because of this. It seems her bullying cycle got worse.

Yeah she was bullied before but, it would stop eventually! Now that she had plastic surgery, I bet she's bullied even More with comments like " Your so ugly you had to get Plastic surgery" and Your parents and family hate you! They don't like your face, so they let you change!"
